NovaCard is a design and demonstration project. It is not a regulated financial institution and does not issue real payment cards or custody real crypto-assets. Nothing here is financial advice or an offer of financial services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide a valid email address and not to use the service for unlawful purposes.

3. Cashback ($NOVA)

Within this demo, cashback is illustrated as $NOVA distributed from a supply allocation. Rates and tiers are examples and may change. No real monetary value is conferred.

4. Acceptable use

No fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
No use that would breach applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of this demo.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
