Our principle: no KYC
NovaCard is built around privacy. We do not request identity documents, selfies, or proof of address. We collect the minimum needed to run your account.
What we store
- Email address — to identify and secure your account.
- Password — stored only as a salted hash (PBKDF2), never in clear text.
- Session token — a random value in an httpOnly cookie to keep you logged in.
- Contact messages — if you write to us via the contact form.
What we don't do
- No selling or sharing of personal data.
- No third-party advertising trackers.
- No identity verification or credit checks.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
